We partnered with McAllen Medical Center to provide a solution for the failing equipment that was at the end of its useful life. Our solution was a multiyear project in a fully-functioning hospital, collaborating with staff and management for the replacement of all chilled water fan coil units and associated ductwork on three floors. The scope included replacing 600 FCU’s and all associated hose kits, pipe, ductwork, and removal and replacement of ceiling for access to retrofitted equipment. Our team followed all healthcare protocols within the occupied hospital, providing ICRA standards and managing controls that were integrated into the existing front end.
