At Texas Regional Bank Headquarters, we were part of the design-build team installing a dual path chilled water cooling system with variable air volume control and electric reheat system. Our scope included providing and installing two chillers, four large air handling units, and numerous VAV and zone controllers on each of the four floors. In addition, our team managed and oversaw electrical distribution systems and full EMS Controls systems. All associated central plant equipment was fabricated and installed, with in-house fabricated duct work for air distribution.
