This project included the installation of new mechanical systems which included ductwork and underground piping that tied into the existing central plant piping loop. Our scope included adding a redundant air-cooled chiller and boiler to satisfy the additional capacity to the existing plant. Our teams tapped into underground CHW/HW piping, installed exposed and concealed stainless-steel ducting with welded steams, and installed new fan coil units to the entire space.
