People are our most valuable resource.

Whether we are working on our property, operating equipment, or building within a client’s facility, our priority is the safety of our employees, our clients, and their customers. This commitment begins with our employee workplace safety manual, which clearly outlines expectations and standards for maintaining a safe work environment.

Safety starts with us.

At CAHS, it’s our responsibility to maintain focus on preparing everyone to be safe. We start each day by examining in detail how we can accomplish our goals in the safest way possible. By joining Modigent, we align with rigorous safety programs that include several initiatives aimed at incident and injury prevention and driving more cultural adoption. These include Field Ergonomics Training, a National Safety Committee, a new single-source personal protective equipment (PPE) program, and Leadership Observations. With a Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) well below the average for plumbing, heating, and air-conditioning providers, Modigent is setting a new standard for protecting employees, building leadership accountability, and preventing human-focused risk.

As a service coordinator, my priority is to make sure that my technicians make it home safely to their families every day. I don’t go home until they are done and I make sure they are never left alone on a job site.
