United Foods
The project with United Foods was a large TI job for the food manufacturer. Within the company’s plant, our scope included solving the plumbing for the areas of process waste, compressed air, water, sanitary waste underground, and process waste underground, several thousand feet underground.
Hello Fresh
Hello Fresh needed major assistance with tenant improvements within its food processing plant that was made up of a warehouse and office section within the building. As an existing building, it presented some challenges regarding the thousands of square feet of excavation, back fill, and trench compaction required before plumbing could be installed.
Honeywell Site Repurpose
Upon receiving a request for our involvement in a fast-paced, government-based emergency funded industrial project, we responded within hours and provided a proposal and solution within days. With limited design input at the time, we committed to ensuring an operational facility in under 30 days.
