At the Early College High School for Harlingen ISD, we installed a new HVAC infrastructure for a 50,000-square-foot campus. Included in the infrastructure installation was a Central Plant inclusive of (2) 150 ton air-cooled chillers, pumps, piping and auxiliary central plant equipment. In addition (13) indoor chilled water air handlers were installed with in-house fabricated ductwork. The piping scope consisted of running pipe on the rooftops and underground between buildings. In addition, a fully automated controls system was installed to integrate into the district’s existing system.
